Fruit driven with a generous lashing of flavours with a typical acidity giving a fresh, clean and passionfruit finish. It’s fresh and zingy with a splash of lemon tang on the plate hitting the mark.
On the nose, aromas of plummy fruits are complemented by rich spices. These fragrances pave the way for a full-bodied palate revealing supple, soft and smooth texture, culminating in a long finish.
This blend consists 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot and hails from the Mudgee region. It has a great vibrancy and brightness to it with lovely herbal and blackcurrant flavours.
This Sauvignon Blanc displays succulent juicy tropical fruits in a refreshing, vibrant wine.
The sleek and smooth palate of this wine has a scrumptious aromas of pears, green apples and florals. The flavours include fresh figs and pineapples with vanillin oak in the background. The wine enjoys a great length and has a textured finish.

Deep red in colour with lifted aromas of cherry and mulberry with a hint of mocha; flavours of sweet plum and spice with subtle savoury French oak. A medium to full bodied wine with velvety tannins. Long and soft with a silky, smooth finish.
Light green straw in colour with a fine persistent bead showing lifted aromas of citrus and apple. Tasting soft and refreshing with light creaminess and balance.
Pale golden colour. This wine has aromas of apple and pear and is pleasant to the taste with a long dry finish.

The lively nose showcase white stone fruit and fresh lime zest with notes of slate and wet stone. A lovely medium weight wine with flavours of peaches and cream and toasted cashew

Classically inspired, Yellowglen Yellow is crisp and elegant with dry, refined flavours. A burst of melon and citrus with a dry finish.
Both crisp and gentle with delicate lemon-pear flavours, the lively acidity through the palate is complimented by a terrific long finish.
Bright and clear with olive green hues, aromas of limes, guava, and passionfruit with a delicate herbal edge. Lively and refreshing with abundant fresh fruit characters and a clean, fresh finish.
Deep red, with some purple hues. Ripe berry and plum fruit aromas with notes of spice and pepper dominate the nose. On the palate, rich ripe black berries and plums precede fine soft smooth tannins and good fruit length, followed by vanillin and toast characters and a well-balanced finish.
A fresh, dry cool climate sauvignon blanc with a grippy herbaceous showing lovely tropical fruit flavours and a mouthwatering finish.
Pale green on colour with a floral aromas of rosehip and green apple; flavours of ripe nashi pear with splendid length and flawless balance. Finishes with a hint of sweetness.
This is a true ‘Grigio’- bright, clean and pristine fruit with great acidity and freshness. The finish is long and dry.
This is a refined and elegant cool climate Chardonnay. The nose displays aromas of citrus fruit, apricot kernel and white peach with spicy integrated oak, whilst the palate is fine and minerally.
Generous palate with purity of fruit, new season strawberries, citrus and grapefruit with subtle biscotti and pistachio. Good balanced acidity, rich and round palate with good persistence and a mild savoury dry finish with a touch of raspberries an cream.
A rich full palate of mulberry and blackcurrant complimented by soft chalky tanins and well-integrated French oak. Complex and well-balanced with an elegant, silky finish.
Wonderfully ripe and perfumes, the bouquet shows black/blueberry, olive, vanillian oak and toasted spice aromas, leading to an impressively weighted palate that’s beautifully rounded and fleshy. It’s flavoursome, and textural with seductive complexity, making it fabulously drinkable.
Melded into a harmonious whole with its seasoning of red licorice, pepper and baking spices coating red-black cherry accented fruit. Fresh and lively, yet full-bodied with some new oak adding weight and close-sweet flavour, this has a lot of savoury drive and tannic grip on the finish.
On the nose there’s fragrant cherries, clove, and hints of stem from whole bunches used during ferment (25%). The palate has plenty of flavour for a delicate wine, with jube like fruit, cherries and satsuma plum too.
This is a mid- weighted wine with good depth of fruit, great vibrancy, and a wonderful balance. The elegant oak tannins and natural acidity combine to provide a beautifully long, lingering finish.
